Post 09 – Paka Paka remake

I made a remake version of the video clip of “Paka Paka” by YamaArashi that I made 11 years ago to match the re-recorded version of the song. Combining the Ukiyo-e paintings of the Edo period, like Hokusai, with original illustrations of a samurai running on horseback and the Chinese tale character Sun Wukong flying on his cloud.

Coincidiendo con la versión retomada de la canción “Paka Paka” del grupo YamaArashi, os presentamos el remake del videoclip que se realizó hace 11 años. Combinando el estilo Ukiyo-e del período Edo, como Hokusai, con ilustraciones originales de un samurái corriendo a caballo y el personaje del cuento chino Sun Wukong volando en su nube.

11年前に作った山嵐「パカパカ」のビデオクリップを、曲のリレコーディング版に合わせてリメイク版を作りました。北斎など江戸時代の浮世絵と、馬で駆ける侍と筋斗雲で飛ぶ孫悟空の自作のアニメを組み合わせています。
