何を選択するかと言えば、自由を選択する。じゃあ自由とは何だ？自由とは他の人に抑圧されずに生きることだ。

夏の終わりに滑り込みで行った海は、澄んだ水に入ると暖かくて、ゆったりしたリズムで繰り返し全身に触れる波の鼓動が心地良くて、そこには陸上の空間とはまるで異次元の世界が広がっていた。
水面の色は、遠く離れた太陽から届く角度によって、刻々と様々に変化していく。
四枚目の絵を描き終わってリュックにしまった後、突然水平線に真っ赤な太陽が頭を出した。でも待てよ、太陽は確か反対側に沈んだばかりじゃないか。それは真っ赤な月だった。急いで描いたばかりの絵をまた引っ張り出して、遠景にその赤い月を描き足したのは言うまでもない。

Al final de este verano, me deslizaba en el agua del mar, era cálido y el ritmo lento de las olas que tocaban repetidamente todo mi cuerpo, era agradable.
El color de la superficie del agua cambiaba de un momento a otro dependiendo del ángulo en el que daba el sol.
Después de finalizar el cuarto dibujo que os dejó aquí, guardé el ipad en mi mochila y, de repente, un sol rojo brillante apareció en el horizonte. Curiosamente pensé: el sol debe haberse puesto por el otro lado, más tarde, me di cuenta que era una luna roja brillante.
¡No hace falta decir que rápidamente abrí el dibujo que acababa de terminar y agregué esa magnífica luna roja al fondo!

At the end of this summer, I was sliding in the sea water, it was warm and the slow rhythm of the waves that repeatedly touched my whole body, was pleasant. The color of the water’s surface changed from moment to moment depending on the angle at which the sun was shining.
After finishing the fourth drawing that I show you here, I put the ipad in my backpack and suddenly a bright red sun appeared on the horizon. Curiously I thought: the sun must have set on the other side. And I realized it was a bright red moon.
Needless to say, I quickly opened up the drawing I had just finished and added that gorgeous red moon in the background!
八月の終わりの夕方。青い空の中、夕焼けに染まった雲が遠くの山の上にダイナミックに広がっていた。
私はすぐにその姿をiPadに描こうと思ったのだが、旅行から戻ったばかりでペンの電池が切れていた。
充電を待っていたら雲の形は変わってしまう。そこで、指で描いたのである。👇

En el cielo azul, las nubes, teñidas por el sol de poniente, se esparcen dinámicamente a lo lejos, sobre las montañas.
Al ver esa escena natural, inmediatamente pensé en dibujarlo en mi iPad, pero acababa de regresar de un viaje y la batería de mi bolígrafo estaba agotada.
Por esa razón, si esperaba a que se cargara la batería, la forma de la nube cambiaria, así que lo dibujé con el dedo. ¿Qué os parece el resultado?

Late August evening. In the blue sky, the clouds dyed by the setting sun spread dynamically over the mountains in the distance.
I immediately thought of drawing it on my iPad, but I had just returned from a trip and my pen battery was dead.
If I wait it to be charged, the shape of the cloud would change. So I drew it with my finger.☝️
あまり事前情報を持たずに旅をすると、すごいものを目にしたときの驚きと感動が大きい。
昨夏、初めての道を歩きに、はりきって森に出かけたベル、パウ、たかの三人は、ちょうど昼過ぎに小川のせせらぎに行き当たったので、そこで持参のパンのお弁当にした。
食べ終わった後、来た道をまた引き返す前に、小川に沿ってもう少し先まで歩いてみることにした。
すると間もなく、前方と上空が開け、まるで森の中にぽっかり開いた穴のような不思議な空間が現れた。周囲は岩壁がうねりながらそそり立ち、行き止まりの正面には細い滝が壁面を伝って流れ落ち、その下には透明な水の天然のプールができていた。
自分たちの他に人は誰もいない。ひんやりとした空気と自然の造形、空間の壮大さに圧倒され、違う時空に入り込んだ。

Cuando viajas sin información de antemano y ves algo asombroso, te sorprende e impresiona mucho más.
El verano pasado, Bel, Pau y yo visitamos un bosque desconocido. Sobre el mediodía encontramos un pequeño arroyo, así que almorzamos los panes que habíamos traído con nosotros antes de proseguir.
Después decidimos caminar un poco más siguiendo el arroyo antes de regresar por donde vinimos. En poco tiempo, el espacio y el cielo se abrieron mostrando un lugar misterioso, como si se tratara de un agujero en el bosque. Éste estaba rodeado por paredes de roca onduladas y frente al camino sin salida, una cascada fina caía por la pared formando debajo una piscina natural de agua clara.
No había nadie más que nosotros. Abrumado por el aire fresco, las formaciones naturales y la magnificencia del espacio, sentí que entrabamos en un espacio-tiempo diferente.
Éste será nuestro último post del verano, volveremos con las pilas cargadas en unas semanas. 🙂

When you travel without information beforehand and see something amazing, it surprises and impresses you even more.
Last summer, Bel, Pau and I visited an unknown forest. Around noon we found a small stream, so we ate the bread we had brought with us for lunch before continuing.
We then decided to walk a bit more following the creek before heading back the way we came. Before long, space and the sky opened up revealing a mysterious place, as if it was a hole in the forest. It was surrounded by undulating rock walls and facing the dead end road, a fine waterfall cascaded down the wall forming a natural pool of clear water below.
There was no one else but us. Overwhelmed by the fresh air, the natural formations, and the magnificence of the space, I felt like we were entering a different space-time.
This will be our last post of the summer, we will return with our batteries charged in a few weeks. 🙂
Barcelona guarda un fantástico castillo donde la nobleza no necesitaba sangre azul para vivir. La Casa de les Punxes es un edificio modernista que a día de hoy brilla como si fuera el primer día que Puig i Cadafalch, su arquitecto, y las tres hijas de Bartomeu Terradas, las propietarias, lo vieran finalizado.
Sus “punxes (pinchos)”, que nos recuerdan a un castillo medieval, vivieron una época de decadencia donde sus propietarios mantenían el edificio de forma privada hasta el 2010. Por esa razón, no era posible visitar esta obra tan ornamental y floral. Sin embargo, actualmente, el nombrado castillo medieval urbano está abierto para todos los que fueron tanto señores feudales como vasallos. (Paula Farré)

Barcelona keeps a fantastic castle where the nobility did not need blue blood to live. The Casa de les Punxes (House of Spikes) is a modernist building that today shines as if it were the first day that Puig i Cadafalch, its architect, and the three daughters of Bartomeu Terradas, the owners, saw it finished.
Its “punxes (spikes)”, which remind us of a medieval castle, lived through a time of decline where its owners kept the building private until 2010. For that reason, it was not possible to visit this highly ornamental and floral work. Currently, however, the named urban medieval castle is open to all who were both feudal lords and vassals. バルセロナの街中には、王家のものではありませんが、不思議なお城があります。カサ・デ・ラス・プンシャス（とんがりの家）は、建築家のプッチ・イ・カダファルクと、家の居住者であるバルトメウ・テラダスの三人の娘が、完成時に目にしたであろう同じ輝きを、今日でも放っています。
中世の城を彷彿とさせるこのとんがり屋根のモダニズム建築は、2010年まで所有者が建物を非公開にしていたため、外壁は黒ずみ、長い間その外観の輝きは失われていました。一般公開された現在では、領主の子孫も小作人の子孫も、花々に彩られた芸術的な街の城を訪れることができます。（パウラ・ファレ）

80代になったビートルズ。アーティストに引退はない。
Asobōze CrewのYouTubeチャンネルで描画プロセスを公開中です。
これはちょっとすごいことになってきた。🤔
Twitterの投稿を巡って、大阪の松井市長に訴えられたお笑い芸人の水道橋博士は、これを「スラップ訴訟」と受け止めた。
スラップ訴訟とは、行政や大企業などが個人の言論を封じるため、威圧目的で起こす訴訟のこと。
市長は、投稿をリツイートした約4000人の人たちも同様に訴えるという。これに博士はブチ切れ。スラップ被害の当事者として反スラップ法を作るべく、参院選への立候補を決めた。
たたかうことはしんどい。だがたとえしんどくても、おかしいと思ったことにはおかしいと言わなければならない。それはなぜか。無言でやり過ごしていると、自分達が住む世の中が更におかしくなっていくからだ。
ごく一部の財力のある者が権力の座につき、理不尽に幅を利かせ、そこには正義も倫理もなく、一般民衆はただ泣き寝入りをするしかないなんて社会は、私は嫌だ。残念ながら私たちはこんな21世紀に生きている。
投票日は7月10日。さて、どんな未来にしていこう！？

Esto se ha vuelto un poco complicado. 🤔
“Dr. Suidobashi”, un comediante que fue demandado por el alcalde de Osaka, Matsui, por compartir un video de YouTube en Twitter, tomó esto como un ‘SLAPP’ (pleito estratégico contra la participación pública).
SLAPP es un procedimiento que se presenta con el fin de intimidar por parte del gobierno o de una gran empresa para bloquear el discurso individual.
El alcalde dice que hará lo mismo con las 4.000 personas que retuitearon la publicación. El comediante se indignó por esto. Decidió presentarse como candidato a las elecciones a la Cámara Alta (San-in-sen), con el fin de crear una ley contra el SLAPP.
Luchar es difícil y doloroso. Pero aún así hay que decir que algo está mal y cuál es el punto en cuestión. ¿Por qué? Porque el mundo en el que vivimos empeorará aún más si guardamos silencio.
No me gusta la sociedad donde solo unos pocos ricos toman el poder con un comportamiento irrazonable, no hay justicia ni ética, y el público en general no tiene más remedio que llorar y callarse. Desafortunadamente vivimos en este tipo de siglo XXI.
La fecha de votación es el 10 de julio en Japón. A ver, ¿¡qué tipo de futuro conseguiremos!?

This has gotten a bit awful. 🤔
“Dr. Suidobashi”, a comedian who was sued by Osaka Mayor Matsui for sharing a YouTube video on Twitter, took this as a ‘SLAPP’ (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation).
SLAPP is a procedure that is presented with the purpose of intimidation by the government or a large company to block individual speech.
The mayor says he will do the same to the 4,000 people who retweeted the post. The comedian was outraged by this. He decided to present himself as a candidate for the elections to the Upper House (San-in-sen), in order to create a law against the SLAPP.
Fighting is difficult and painful. But still you have to say that something is wrong and what is the point in question. Why? Because the world we live in will get even worse if we remain silent.
I don’t like the society where only a few rich people take power with unreasonable behavior, there is no justice or ethics, and the general public has no choice but to cry and keep quiet. Unfortunately we live in this kind of 21st century.
The voting date is July 10 in Japan. Let’s see, what kind of future will we get!?
Los tres hermanos Fūjin
El nombre “Fūjin” significa en japonés el Dios del viento y, en estos días, los tres hermanos aún corren a través de las nubes provocando vendavales cerca de la tierra.
Con la intención de dibujar algo poderoso y dinámico, de repente los recordé y los dibujé con mi iPad a dedo.

Wind God Fūjin Brothers
The name “Fūjin” means the God of the wind in Japanese, and these days, the three brothers still run through the clouds causing gales close to the earth.
With the intention of drawing something powerful and dynamic, I suddenly remembered them and drew them with my iPad by finger.

La actividad
En esta actividad, el tallerista Takayuki Maejima retratará de perfil a los visitantes al taller, incluyendo en el retrato el número de días que ha vivido hasta ese día junto con su nombre. Así se ve el tiempo de la vida con un punto de vista diferente, percibiendo con los días en lugar de los años, como estamos acostumbrados.
Si quieres ser retratado/a, la actividad está abierta a todo el público. No hay cupo limitado, solamente el tiempo, ya que se tratan de dos horas.
Si quieres, etiquetaremos tu retrato en nuestro story en Instagram. En caso de que quieras tener tu retrato, hay opciones para adquirirlo tanto en imagen digital como impreso en papel.

Activity
In this activity, Takayuki Maejima will portray the profiles of the visitors, including in the portrait the number of days the visitor has lived until that day along with the visitor’s name. This way you can see the time of life from a different point of view, perceiving with days instead of years, as we are used to.
If you want to be drawn, the activity is open to the public. There is no limited space, only the time, which is two hours each session of the day.
If you want, we will tag your portrait in our story on Instagram. In case you want to have your portrait, there are options to acquire it both in digital image and printed on paper.
